She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice with Minors in Political Policy and Social Development Policy and Planning and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
Her professional interests encompass a broad range of criminological and criminal justice issues, including firearm violence, youth crime, gang recruitment, community policing, domestic violence, juvenile justice, criminal justice reform, victimisation, corrections and rehabilitation, restorative justice, and evidence-based policing.
